Our will-writing company was established in 1995. They produce all our documents and customer technical guides.
Tracey Perkins, the head of technical, has passed the STEP Qualification with Distinction, and other members of the team have certificates from STEP (The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners), which is a highly respected qualification in the field of Wills & Estate Planning.
The Will Company is authorised and regulated by the Society of Will Writers. With over 3000 members, adhering to a code of practice and having a strong representation in the profession.
